Our Mission
The mission of the Jr. J-Hawk Baseball Organization is to teach the fundamentals of baseball, hustle, work ethic, integrity, discipline, sportsmanship, and team unity to youth players aged 7-14. Through these teachings, the program aims to produce skilled players and teams while also equipping them with valuable life skills, recognizing that its purpose extends beyond just baseball success to investing in the youth of the Jefferson High School district.
